(SANAV), the privately-held Taiwanese GPS and GNSS component manufacturer specialising in high-performance antennas, has been acquired by Unictron Technologies, the world class electronic component/module provider with a strong research and development capability.

Unictron is listed company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange with a strong reputation in the electronic industry. By integrating the managing teams of SANAV and Unictron, they have become much stronger in product development and mass-production capabilities and will be able to provide much broader product lines and higher quality of service.

SANAV has been in the antenna business for over 25 years and has built an excellent reputation for its product line including internal antennas, external antenna modules, trackers, and receivers for a variety of applications. Combining the technology and strengths of Unictron and SANAV will enable the development of new and exciting wireless communications solutions for global customers.
